Once the transfer of your investment(s) to Fidelity has taken place, Fidelity will write to you, within two weeks of the Transfer Date, to confirm that your investment(s) has transferred across. Fidelity will also send you a Welcome Pack with simple instructions on how to set up your online account and useful information to help you make the most of your benefits. 

 

You’ll also receive a closing statement from Legal & General which will confirm that your investment(s) has been transferred to Fidelity, including details of your unit holding at the date of the transfer and confirmation that any cash held on your behalf has been transferred to Fidelity (if applicable).
